Delete your Shabaka account

In the app

1. Open the Shabaka app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account, with the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

Or write to hello@shabaka.onlinewith the subject "Delete my Shabaka account".

What is deleted

• Sign-in is disabled immediately.
• Your personal details (name, email, phone) are removed within 30 days.
• Your routers stop being served.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices, payment and transaction records are kept for 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it, then deleted.
